Keeping your vision in perspective during the formative years of your network marketing business is the strategic key for survival in this global arena of internet marketing. Always stay focused even whilst struggling through the haze and keep your original plan clear in your mind whilst you build to a successful network marketing business.
In network marketing it is impossible to succeed alone, it is always a team effort and your measure of success depends on you and your team. When creating your retirement lifestyle forget about yourself and concentrate on your team.
There is a lot to be learned from the Wikapedia definition Safety in Numbers:
Safety in numbers is the hypothesis that, by being part of a large physical group or mass an individual is proportionally less likely to be the victim of a mishap, accident or other bad event.
Evidence often advanced for this position includes the flocking of birds and shoaling of fish. In both of these instances, by being part of a large group, individuals face less risk of falling victim to predators than they would if traveling alone.
The members of your team are the bricks and mortar of your business, nurture them and help their businesses grow. Never lose sight of the insecurity you felt when you started out in your new venture. Everyone is unsure when stepping out into a new world. Network marketing online has been tagged as the bane of everyone's existence and the soothsayers never go away, they always know another story of disaster. There are qualities which you must project to the members of your team for you to be successful. You need to promote the necessity for being a hard worker and if this is coupled with the self starting mechanism you are on your way. Lead your team by showing the qualities of being positive and optimistic and always convey an enthusiastic and motivated message don't become easily discouraged and let them know that you are in the business for the long haul. It is so important to impart to your team the necessity for them to continue to duplicate what you are doing and then pass their knowledge onto all their own team members. The ultimate result will see you coaching your team to pass on their knowledge as visionary and entrepreneurial leaders; then you will find the measure of your success.
There are three essential ingredients for great leadership; be a servant for your team, honestly care about your team and be committed to what you believe in. In saying this always be true to yourself and know when to let go. You can help anyone as long as they have the desire to help themselves. There is an old saying "there is no point in having a dog if you are going to do the barking". Let go if all your efforts are in vain, some people have a dream but they just want the dream to be achieved by others, they are not willing to put in the hard yards to achieve their own dream
